Refund Policy

The refund policy, passed by Parkview Baptist School's Board of Directors on December 19, 1996, constitutes an explicit contractual agreement between PBS and a parent when entrance to the school is approved under its terms. Therefore, enrolling a student in reliance upon the terms of this policy is an acceptance of the offer herein made.

Registration Fees
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the family is relocated due to a job change and written notice of the transfer is given to Parkview Baptist School on or before July 31. See 4(a) below. The amount of refund per student shall equal registration paid less $100. After July 31, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If Parkview Baptist School denies admission, the full registration fee will be refunded.

New Student Fees
New student fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the family is relocated due to a job change and written notice of the transfer is given to Parkview Baptist School on or before July 31. See 4(a) below. After July 31, new student fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tuition Fees/Cafeteria Fees

  1. Tuition and cafeteria fees must be paid in full prior to the student's first day of school.
  2. Tuition and cafeteria fees are non-refundable and non-transferable when a student is academically dismissed, withdrawn for disciplinary reasons, or expelled from Parkview Baptist School.
  3. Tuition and cafeteria fees are non-refundable and non-transferable when the parents make a unilateral decision to withdraw the child and the extenuating circumstances under paragraph 4 are not applicable.
  4. Tuition and cafeteria fees MAY be refundable in accordance with the Refund Table when:
    1. The relocation of a family is due to change of job status which results in a move outside of the 30 mile radius of Parkview Baptist School. Written verification that the relocation is job related must be submitted on company stationary and signed by the parent's immediate supervisor.
    2. In spite of the good faith effort by both faculty and student, Parkview Baptist School decides that the student must be asked to leave because the school is unable to help the student achieve a minimal level of educational success at this stage of the student's formal education.
    3. The relocation of a student is due to a change of custody which results in a move outside of the 30 mile radius of Parkview Baptist School. Legal documentation must be presented as evidence of custody change as well as documentation of enrollment into a new school.
