–Superintendent
As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school operations, including academic achievement, budget management, staff supervision, and community engagement. You will work closely with the school board, administrators, teachers, and parents to ensure the success and well-being of all students. Your leadership will shape the vision and direction, guiding strategic planning and implementing policies to enhance educational outcomes.
In this role, you will be the face of Parkview Baptist School, representing its values and priorities to internal and external stakeholders. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Your strategic mindset and critical thinking skills will be essential in addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement.

As the High School Principal, you will provide dynamic, executive leadership in directing the daily operations of the high school, responsible for providing guidance to the school community, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for all students and staff. You will oversee the administration and management of the high school, including curriculum development, staff supervision, student discipline, and community engagement. Additionally, you will work closely with faculty, staff and parents to promote academic excellence, foster character development, and uphold the school’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for supporting the growth and success of high school students.
